How Billing, Quotas, and Retention Work
What counts as one booth?
Self-serve pricing assumes one operational booth means one capture iPhone and its associated sharing iPad, if used. Enterprise contracts can define multi-booth terms separately.
What happens when a quota is hit?
If you hit your SMS quota, SMS delivery pauses until the next billing cycle, a plan upgrade, or an SMS top-up purchase. If you hit your email quota, email delivery pauses until the next cycle or plan change. QR code and AirDrop sharing are always available — they do not use quota.
How does active storage work?
Starter and Pro include active gallery hosting with a 60-day retention window. After 60 days, gallery media expires from active cloud storage unless you add Extended Archive or have separate Enterprise retention terms. If active storage is full, new uploads pause until capacity is available.
What is Extended Archive?
Extended Archive is a $19/mo per booth add-on that increases retention from 60 days to 1 year for self-serve plans. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom retention SLAs directly with sales.
How is billing handled?
Starter and Pro are intended for App Store self-serve billing. Enterprise is handled directly by sales for agencies and teams that need custom contracts, procurement review, or negotiated limits. Contact sales if that sounds like your workflow.
Can I cancel anytime?
Starter and Pro cancellations are handled through the App Store billing flow in effect at purchase. Enterprise agreements follow the terms in your contract. See our terms of service for the current launch terms.
